Where we deliver
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery from Japan
Your order ships directly from Japan by EMS, Japan Post’s international express service. We process orders on the next working day, with estimated delivery within 9–14 business days after dispatch.
Please allow extra time for customs clearance, public holidays or carrier delays.
Free shipping — import charges are separate
We offer free shipping on every order. Please note that import taxes, duties and carrier clearance or handling fees are not included in your checkout total. Any applicable charges are payable by you before or at delivery.
Import charges
Your shipment may be subject to:
- UAE import VAT of 5%.
- Customs duty, generally 5%, if the shipment’s customs value exceeds approximately AED 1,000, subject to applicable rules.
- Carrier clearance or handling fees, where applicable.
Taxes and duties are determined by the relevant authorities. The carrier may collect these amounts together with its applicable fees.
